Praying earnestly for Him to fill you with his perfect peace. Hold on to him tight dear Kerry.

Kerry, I was thinking of you today. I was thinking about your post last night. I was thinking of you tonight as the tears poured down my face. I am praying for you right now and actually going to borrow those scriptures for my blog.

I have only miscarried once, ten years ago next month. I long to know my sweet baby someday in heaven. I cannot imagine seeing my baby silent and still. My heart aches for you tonight and longs for the Lord to return us there faster.

I don't understand many things but God's love for us. I am so glad his son died for us while we were still sinners. I long for the day our sadnesses are healed. I am laying before the Lord tonight many burdens and I want to glorify him with my life.

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with HOPE by the Holy Spirit!"
Romans 15:13

We will never understand this side of the vale WHY. I,too, had a miscarriage. Praying that the GREAT Healer can mend your wounded heart and replace all of your questions, hurt, pain, fear, doubts with COMFORT and PEACE that only He can bring! He has your best interest at heart and LOVES you so deeply. Hang in there!

Prayers for you, Kerry! I found myself that way this past week missing my grandparents. I think we just start thinking about things and WHAM, there come those emotions that we thought we dealt with before. I think it's all right to mourn for those who have gone on before and to remember them and wonder what it would be like if they were alive today. May God comfort you.

In the body we mourn and rejoice with one another. What a beautiful provision of the Lord in our lives!
Romans 12:14 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.

I am mourning with you my sister. I truly feel your hurt and pain. And I ask you please do not lose hope!

My heart just goes out to your sad heart, and felt at a loss for words to pray for you, so this came to mind..."for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered."

As I looked it up, I read the whole passage in context. It is full of so many wonderful truths.

14For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

15For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

16The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

17And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

18For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

19For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

20For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,

21Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

22For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

23And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

24For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

25But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

26Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

27And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

28And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

29For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

30Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

31What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

32He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

33Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

34Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Well now..isn't that just like "the enemy" who is a liar and deciever to try to whisper
to you and discourage you after writing such
a beautiful post to all of us.
My prayer for you today is that you will
remember they are just "whispers of untruth"
and that our Lord Jesus will once again lift
you up and remind you of his precious truth's and promises.I think that sometimes
he reminds of times in past to remind us of
how he has brought us through things and how
much we still need to rely on him. (speaking
mostly to myself here)..Praying for you today and confindent that he will bring you
through this.
Philippians 1:6
Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

This past March 22 would have been my Abigail's 11th birthday. You would have thought that the milestones aren't as hard this many years down the road. But, for some reason, this birthday was especially hard. Emotions come unexpectedly and seem to sweep over me - even as I thank God for the 3 other healthy children I have (and homeschool :).

I don't think we will ever really know why we may have a day that is easy immediately followed by a day that blindsides us with pain. I just know that I cry out to him as you have done and, somehow, He hears me and I have to trust that He understands. I have even asked Him that if it is possible He would tell Abigail how much we love her and how we long to see her again.

I will be praying for your comfort. And, if it helps, I know how you feel.

Praying for you right now. The waves of emotions come and go - we don't seem to get a "this is healed forever" status until we are home with Him. I have had to recently see the darkness in my own heart (be sickened by it), throw my heart wide open to God and truthfully feel more pain yet more joy and be challenged to walk each second in greater surrender and discernment. Joy in the midst of suffering - a reality I didn't really get before.

I am thinking about you, your family, and these three precious babies that I love too. I am sorry for the pain that you have. I know that He hears your cries and I know that He feels your pain and sorrow. I love you. I love you. I love you!
