Oh you sweet thing, I'll be praying for continued healing. All I can think is the Lord must be pleased for evil to be attacking you at all sides. You are a warrior, in Christ, keep your sword out, pouring His Word in your mind and soul.

Diane

Kerry,

I am so sorry to read how Scott has suffered, which, I'm sure caused all of you who love him to suffer, also. Thanking God for His love and healing upon Scott and your family.

Hoping you all can just rest, recuperate and relax a bit, together!!

Praying for you and Scott. I know this valley well as I walk through it with my husband Marty. Praying for complete healing but also allowing God to be glorified as he works in your life. I often wonder why Marty and I have been chosen to walk this valley of suffering. But very early on two friends prayed that God would be glorified in this. God has worked and we have allowed him to use us at various doctor's and clinics. We are always trying to share the hope that is within us to all we encounter.

Oh Kerry! Please know that we are lifting you, Scott and your family members up to our Papa in prayer and will continue to do so throughout the days ahead! We love you, you are important to us.

And thank you, that in the middle of this, you would share what spiritual lessons you have been shown. I believe we all need to be listening to the Spirit's whisper, letting it prompt our relating to one another, since He will only speak what He hears; and what He hears comes from the Father. I pray that He speaks powerful words of truth, peace and healing into your heart today!

Kerry,
Your blog has been an encouragement to me so many times and today is no different. I am so sad to hear how your family has been suffering, but rejoice that Scott is healing. Thank you for sharing what has been on your heart. Your words reallly spoke to me today and have caused me to think about what I allow into my life that isn't good for me. God bless you!

Ann

Kerry,
You have been Faithful in prayer. I will continue to pray for you and your family.
Praying--Ann

"What a friend we have in Jesus all our sins and griefs to bear" " as we walk with the Lord in the light of His word what a glory he sheds on our way".....that in the midst of it all He has Scott realizing that He has trained him for such, AND gives you insight into the Body and the care it takes to keep it healthy. Bless you as you rest and take in more and more of His training in His truth...about yourselves and His Kingdom.

Kerry I am so sorry to hear about Scott!! How I want to just skype with you both and see you again!! We miss you guys so much and it pains me to think of all that you have just been through. Those stinky AID's!!!!! As you know I have that Hashimoto's disease which is the result of not eating properly through college!! I cannot tell you how much the Lord spoke to me through this post!!! I am going to share this with Jeff and hopefully we can figure out a time to try and skype you. We will be praying for Scott and his complete recovery and for strength for you as you look after Cole and Maya.

Know that we love you so much and I wish I could come there today and make Scott Sticky Toffee pudding........ oh, you don't think it was eating too much of that in the past which caused it? (Just kidding!!)

Praying!!!

I was wondering from your limited posts and their content if something was wrong and was praying for you. Your insight and words are once again soooo true and ones that will impact me forever. I pray He establishes your heart in hope and roots your faith so deep in your soul.

Kerry and Scott, prayers for a complete and quick recovery. Kerry, thank you for a very timely analogy and reminder. I was struggling recently with some things in my relationship with my husband and your post is a reminder that we need to work together to overcome the difficult challenges we are facing and not to "attack" from within. Thank you and God Bless you both.

Oh, my! We never know what tomorrow may bring. That had to be truly scary to experience. Praise God that the Neurologist got to the bottom of the problem and he's now on that road to recovery! Godspeed!

Jennifer

We just started down the path you have taken with your husband. My son-in-law also has something attacking his body. He starts the tests today. Your story has been a comfort. Thank you and God Bless.

Very good article on dealing with the complexities of having a serious Autoimmune disease. You have a great attitude. Thanks for sharing this detailed information to cope with autoimmune disease.

I think the treatment of autoimmune diseases is typically with immunosuppression—medication which decreases the immune response.
